Getting Started Wizard
MediMobile’s™ Getting Started wizard assists all users during the setup and configuration of their MediMobile™ system. This intuitive wizard will walk the user through configuring the system as well as a general tour of the system.
Training and reference videos
Web-enabled videos cover all areas of the Web and handheld device. These videos are approximately two minutes in length in order to be reviewed quickly at the user’s convenience.
Knowledge Base
Each customer interaction is a learning experience. Given this, MediMobile™ documents and compiles interactions with customers as they use the system. This allows MediMobile™ to ensure that the system is operating at peak efficiency. MediMobile’s™ documentation also ensures that future versions or upgrades encompass features relevant to the system’s customer base.
